Reflection

Upon completion of the first course, I can say that it has given me an opportunity to re-examine how I approach certain situations.  I think that the superintendent interview was the most enlightening part of the entire course.  Although I work for a small district, I never really knew all that was involved in running a district.  There are so many tasks that the superintendent must undertake and the knowledge that ultimately you are accountable for the education of so many children is a humbling responsibility.  I look forward to acquiring more knowledge as it relates to school administration.
